Return Policy

Returns are generally accepted within 30 days of purchase.

Upon receipt of your order, if you are not completely satisfied, please contact customer service within 30 days of purchase for a refund or replacement.
A Return Merchandise Authorization Form (RMA) number will be issued.
When requesting a refund the returned product will be inspected upon arrival. A refund less any shipping costs, restocking fees, damage to the product, or any signs that the product was installed - will be issued to the payment method used on the original transaction.

Shipping Policy

Processing Times: All orders are shipped within 5 business days. Orders received after 5 PM MST will not be looked at until the following business day.

Shipping Carriers: Paddleboards are shipped via FedEx Ground and all other items are shipped USPS Priority. We do not ship on U.S. holidays.

Shipping Times: Once processed, orders shipped within the U.S. typically arrive within 7 business days. International orders typically arrive within 14 business days.
